From writing, to recording, to mixing, and remixing, it is probably the most work I've ever put into one singular project and I think that it shows within the album that I am really trying to make something that could really be enjoyed thoroughly through several listens.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe album itself is mostly combination of elements of pop, rock, avant-garde, classical and punk sounds. There is no one genre to the album, which is where the title of the album comes from. It combines an assortment of musical colors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring the making of the album I also got interested in complex harmony. Especially from listening to the Beach Boys (specifically Pet Sounds and Smile), I had always loved them but I really started to take more inspiration from Brian Wilson as a producer and arranger from listening to the 6 1\/2 hour Smile Sessions album, and I began to think of my own music in that way, leading to more interesting chord progressions and more harmonies on this album than on previous albums of mine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI had a lot of fun making this album, and I hope you have a lot of fun listening to it.
